I think bear hide cloak was 5 ac.. I got one made by a NPC outside the
entrance to the druid place in qeynos hills, can't remember the NPC name
but he was sitting by the fireplace, you need like 22gp and a high quality
bear hide for him to do it, oh and the correct faction standings, but
you'll find out if he will do it if you talk to him about it, wish I could
remember what to say though..
