I don't think the main problem has to do with downtime of servers. Sure as
hell they need to maintain a computersystem that handles 200.000 users. For
me it's better if they have schedule downtimes to lessen the not so schedule
downtimes. And it's not hard to understand that they sometimes need to take
down the servers due to dupe buggs or such (and it doesnt happen every
week). I live in Sweden and have the same down time hours as you. BUT,
Verant really have to work on PR and their support team need to get some
education or a long vaccation (not all of them tho but most).
