Actually there ARE PKers. You can choose to be one on a non-PVP
server. However these people are so rare as to be nearly non-existent.
And the non-PKers cannot buff or bind or heal them, they have to find a
fellow PKer (translation: they need to make binding classes or they're
S.O.L.).
I come from a non-anything background (text-based RPGs and solitaire)
and I like the variety afforded by EQ. You can fight, quest, or just
sit and buff and heal and help people and talk to people everywhere on
Earth. I am a programmer by profession and I don't think the majority
of players have any concept of the phenomenal piece of programming this
game is. I hope ya'll decide to join us!
