In my experience most of the inspects you see happening is misstakes,
I manage to inspect people quite often when I use mouse look
(Never understood why inspect should be on the same button).
I also tend to inspect people every now and then when it gets crowded
near bankers or merchants.
So, relax. Most of the inspects doesn't last more than .1 seconds. :-)
