Well I appreciate the offer, but I have no characters on that server so I'd be starting from scratch - no items, no money, no nothing. Now if I knew someone on Cazic that'd be great.R----- Original Message -----From: ScenderaSent: Friday, March 14, 2008 10:31 AMSubject: Re: [EverQuest] Re: Active servers?Eh, 69's a good sweet spot. Swallow your pride and LFG in WoS and BoT, HoH maybe and get some of the newer augs and items, or hook up with a bored 80 who's farming cash and you should be able to get back into the swing of things pretty quick. If you played on Quel I'd pick you up and let you get some exp and stuff while I muck around for AA and money.----- Original Message -----From: Wulfric RennisonSent: Thursday, March 13, 2008 11:08 PMSubject: Re: [EverQuest] Re: Active servers?I am not on Drinal. In fact, right now, I'd say I'm not even active. My interest in MMORPGs seem to ebb and wane. I lost interest in EQ for awhile and went to Lord Of the Rings Online. Then I went back to EQ2 after Rise of Kunark came out. I started a Sarnak Shadowknight named Dreadskar on the Antonia Bayle server. I like the character well enough but then I stopped playing for a bit to record some music, and just haven't been back to playing either of the 3 games.I don't know. I seem to have lost my interest in the 3 but I still keep my accounts in case I want to go back to them. I'm not sure what would make me interested again, but this private server sounds like a neat deal. It'd have to be free because to charge for it when it's not Sony sponmsored would be illegal I think.I just think there's been so much new content added to EQ since I've been away that now it'd be actually HARDER for me to play because I don't know all the new zones, all the new spells and quests, and there's a new learning curve I have to go through that even my highest level character (69 druid) would still be a newbie. Just not even sure if it's worth my time any more.Wulfric----- Original Message -----From: Thomas HousemanSent: Thursday, March 13, 2008 7:34 PMSubject: Re: [EverQuest] Re: Active servers?Well, speaking as another Drinal-ite.. ..I regularly do /who 1 44 and a /who 44 80 in the guild lobby to see what number of people in each range are there and then MGB either Temperance or Temerity depending on which range have the higher numbers.I'd say about 40% of the time it's the lvl 1 44 people that get temperance so there are quite a few newbie/alts running around.T.----- Original Message -----From: D. I'm looking to restart EQ and I want to jump to whatever server is the most noob friendly ( is that an oxymoron? ) Honestly, I'm also looking at an EQ Private Server called Shards of Dalaya as an option and it looks so fun! ( and free too ) but not Sony sponsored. I miss EQ but I really don't want to get into the 65+ stuff, just really want to relive the good times =)

Yeah, I know, I'm one of those old farts... whatever.

Just the other day (Sat.) I logged back on to EQ and started a new
Beast Lord on the Drinal (formally Tarew Marr) server. I have
another friend that did the same. We managed to make level 20 in one
day with out twinking... Most of the time I will be on in the
mornings because I work nights so if you see a toon named "Drakeson"
go ahead and say Hi.. I'm looking forward to getting back into EQ
again..
