there was a command you could use to tag the character for the veteran rewards.  I dont remember what it was  but there should be a command that shows up in the MOTD if you havent done it yet.  Otherwise you can go to the FAQ on EQ's site and it'll tell you.

    I have a question.   I have been playing everquest since about 2000 and was wondering how do I get my veteran AA? I have a freind using a slot on my account and he doesnt even have them, the tab is there but nothing is under it.  Anyone know about this or should i contact the support about it?
