That said, EQ should run one at least something with
these specs.
1.5GHZ machine or better
512 MB of Ram 1GB preferred.
64MB video Card, certainly 128 or 256 is preferred but
I have run with a 64 and it ran fine.
56K modem but 90% will recommend a DSL or Cable modem.
Compare your machine against that and you should be
able to see where the lag is coming from.
But Please do check as Wulfric Mentioned because you
may also have your video hiked up when it should be
lower because of the machine.
