Bronze isnt particularly expensive now.. so a cap of say level 10 would be
feasible since its rare to have bronze before then unless you're twinked.
Steel on the other hand, is not purchasable before 20th, and oftentimes
before 30th unless you're twinked, so say a level 20 cap on being able to
manuever in steel would seem like a good idea to me and definitely stop
twinking to a certain extent. A level 1 shouldnt have a ghoulbane, an
executioners axe, a staff of the observers, a PGT, a BIBS, a barbed whip..
any of that stuff. It's just stupid and detracts from gameplay as well as
play balance. If you set you level 1 up with some banded and a combined
weapon, that's understandable, but to give them a level 20 and up weapon
just isnt fair and it is even more disgusting to see someone green to me in
full rubicite. Sure you can say, "There other character earned it," but the
fact is, their other character earned it, not them. Twinking to obscene
levels is comparable to using game shark so you cant die and have the Ultima
weapon and Knights of the Round at level 1 (FF7). Oh well, that's just how
I see it.
