I'm an old D&D player as well, and yup, an old fart.
First, what server are you on? I play on Lany's. As you are only level 3, you can create another character on my server if you wish and I'll help you. I remember when I first started I couldn't even find food and drink. I'll bet you still do the newbie shuffle....hehe, bouncing off walls etc. It's all well and good to know these other help areas, but kinda hard when you don't even know what they are talking about. And the game has it's own language...ty, atm, afk, etc. The group I typically play with is gone to the fanfair this weekend, so I have lots of help time atm = at the moment. I'll be on most the weekend starting Fri by 3pm PST. Just send me a tell = push T, it will say. .../tell.......then type so it says...../tell Tokool hi, this is Jennifer, and I'll know who you are.
