Subject: Level limit for Research Item Farming


Just a question I have a 22 lvel mage and I needed a number of items for my research (e.g. ice of velious ).   From the allakhazam sites you can see this from Aviak Harriers and Craig Spiders.   I killed a lot of them already and haven't got any one.  Is there a level limit for getting the items?   Both monsters con blue on me and some green.   This level limiting would be a problem for research because of the chain researching that is required.   Any explanations for this?
