As an Iksar there are certain factions that you can<br/>
raise to the max and still be kos.  Tunare for<br/>
example.  Also with plane of knowledge there&#39;s really<br/>
little incentive to raise city faction.  Also when you<br/>
raise certain factions you may lower other ones.  And<br/>
lastly it is some tedious work. You may have to kill<br/>
certain critter thousands of times and it may take<br/>
days to raise one faction. <br/>
