Hi there , Not sure about the tunare server , I fight on drinal but a good place for level 5's for me anyway are west commons ( still rocks) lol and shadowweavers thicket then from about 13 too 26 go too pauledel caverns in nexus the exp flys in there kinda like paw does in the karanas, alot of the old plavces still rock also but for fast exp go too pauldel after you hit 12 or so you will be back up there in no time good luck on your adventures
