Haha - You are so right about the sitting aggro.
 
But, the flip side of that is clerics are good pullers too. My main is a 65 cleric and I love pulling in HoH and PoV. Pulling with a lvl 9 cancel magic spell, I have so little aggro that the tank can take the mob with a single taunt. Plus with a no-damage root and atone, I can usually single a pull even if I get a mob spawning on top of me mid-pull. It's all in the way you play the character and class.
