sure you firewall (if you have one) is disabled. Second, power down your
dsl, wait 30 seconds, power up. After your DSL "re-boots" try to re-connect
to EQ. If this still dosn't work, power down DSL, re-boot your pc, then turn
DSL back on. Good luck.
