<div id="ygrps-yiv-453154514"><div>I have the same problem on occasion, here is what I do.&nbsp; Fisrt off make sure you firewall (if you have one) is disabled.&nbsp; Second, power down your dsl, wait 30 seconds, power up. After your DSL &quot;re-boots&quot; try to re-connect to EQ.&nbsp; If this still dosn&#39;t work, power down DSL, re-boot your pc, then turn DSL back on.&nbsp; Good luck.<br><br><b><i>Bonney &lt;yo_bonney@...&gt;</i></b> wrote:</div>
