Yes it does. A good example: I can lv from 1 to
25 in 24 hours play time. Using the exp bonus. I
normally do a bone chip or similar quest to lv 4 to 6
then Butcher block druid ring skeletons till lv 8 or 9
depending on your gear. (druids in and out of there
will normally buff you up) Then just as lvs are taking
a bit longer, head over to kurns tower in feild of
bones. At lv 9 you will get 1 full gold bub a kill or
close to it. The exp is good here till lv 15 or 16.
Then head to Paladul. Bandit groups wont want you
till you hit 19 or 20 but the fungal fiends give great
exp to lv 19 0r 20 (if you can't cure disease you will
need a pardner)then move on to the bandits in the same
zone to lv 25.
I have leveled my last 4 toons this way it is
really fast due to the exp bonus in the zones.
