I had the same problem as you. Forever I played EQ on
a Celeron 400, 32 meg vid card and 384 megs of memory.
I recently upgraded to a new machine though. While
it's hardly top of the line, I feel like I can
actually move now. It's a celeron 1.7, 64 meg card and
768 megs of memory.
Hang in there, you'll get your machine one day. :)
