keep bothering later. My policy is to assume the best until the
person reveals themselves

jerk. Fortunately, most turn out to be ok and not jerks, in my
experience.
An
instant, hostile reaction to a person is anti-social,
and ongoing harassment over training is
babyish.

From their point of view, it looks a awful lot like they were
being trained.
