And that is why when my son (5th grade) and my Daughter's (11 grade) teachers and I say TEACHERS send home homework assignments, news and information about the school my wife and I sit there and shake our heads over the grammmatical and spelling errors...because "it's not that big of a thing" and people wonder why the education system is in such sad shape.
