I'm not sure how that happened... All you'd need to do
is click on the new server (it's been at the bottom of
the server list) and then click the Create a new
character button. Anyone can start a character there.
I'm not sure why it would ask if you want to transfer
your characters, since there will be no transfers to
that server for at least a year, and maybe none after
that.
