Hey all, (Am tired of the "post all your Dxdiag info here and we'll not comment back to you..." so I thought I would post here.) I have a P4 1.4, 656 Meg memory, 64 Mb GeoForce 2 card w latest drivers. Sometimes, when just sitting about, my lag goes to 90% and sits there. Sometimes I go LD and sometimes I recover. Have seen it happen on a variety of zones. Am on a cable modem via linksys router but it doesn't happen to my wife (on another port/machine). I dont have any other processes running (only Explorer, killed the rest) and 20 Gb disk free. Thoughts? Andrew ps Am going to do the data rate fix.
