I found out that you hold it in your hand to boost your charisma when
you sell items. Pretty neat, eh? Have had a bunch of folks want to buy it,
but now that I know what it does, I ain't selling!! And thanks for telling
me where it came from....I HATE that Bouncer Hurd...glad I got one of his
items!
