Hello
Did you install Direct X 8.1. This may be the problem. I have seen
this in the past and if I am not mistaken that is the fix to it. I
do asume that when you installed the hard drive you also install the
OS as well. If you do not have the current Direct X you can get if
from the Microsoft Updates Page. I hope this helps.
