I've noticed a pattern with the newbie armor quests. In every quest there seems to be at least one item necessary that is a rare drop. I think that some of the quests should be fixed so that the items drop more often so that the low level characters doing the quests can actually USE the armor before they grow out of it.

Something else I'm wondering is whether or not frequency of drops is really any different from server to server. I have a hard time believing that mossy rat pelts drop more often on one server over another. I would think they'd drop the same ratio on every server. but maybe thats just me.
