Facing the gate in North Qeynos it's on the right hand side.  It's standing out in the open and not hidden by anything.  It should be easy to find.  If you don't see it then you may not have PoP loaded properly.

Does anyone know where the portal to the PoK is in Quenos.  I've
looked all over and can't find it.  Haven't been able to find a map
that shows it altho I did finally get a map of PoK.
