<div id="ygrps-yiv-124597991"><p>I believe they did that, so people wouldn&#39;t go buy the spells in Knowledge,&nbsp; then go to the bazaar &amp; sell those spells for ridiculous amounts to those who do not have PoP. (and we all know that there are people who would take major advantage of that)
