FYI horses are no drop. there is a quest you can do at level 10 or so, that you can get a no drop harness with 1 charge of Summon steed on it. you can find details on the quest here. You can also get Opal encrusted Steins that have 20 or 25 charisma each (can go into either melee slot). If you can also get a cha buff from a 49+ shaman that will add an extra 40 charisma. Combine the steins & shammy cha buff & you've got 90 extra cha.
