there is a much cheaper way, than using any antivirus software: use a
proper email program ... :-)
i use "Pegasus Mail" (http://www.pmail.com/) it is freeware and imho
is a very good email client for windows. i prefer to use it for email
addresses where i know i will get much spam and the chances are
pretty good for viruses.
