What do you mean by &#39;rechargeable&#39;?<br/>

As I understand it, when the 90 days runs out you buy a new game card and<br/>
enter in the details of that one... once you assign a card to an account its<br/>
number is used up and can&#39;t be reused... just like your cd key<br/>
