It seems people have been having trouble everywhere. My guild Hosted a Kael raid last night & we had to call it when the LD monster kept rearing it's ugly head. it seems from what others were saying is people were dropping like flies all over the server last night. (going LD). hopefully this problem will resolve itself =/.

The text of error 1001 is essentially saying that I cannot connect to
the login server. It is not the active character one.
The problem last year resolved after a patch.
Going to give the techs a few more days. Don't want to mess with too
much then have a lot to correct.
