Ppl don't group with wizards bc they're seen as useless, so yes it does affect me. I practically have to beg to get any sort of a pickup group.

First off, if you can't find anything but a "pity group" from your guild, that's a guild problem, not a game or class problem. Second, it doesn't affect you. Hell, it doesn't affect anything but a very small percentage of raids or encounters anyway.
