We have discussed that very same problem in guild email, and here is what
one of our members came up with... this is a copy/paste from their message:

1) You have to be using a Linksys (not sure of other router interfaces)

2) Open a browser window and go to 192.168.1.1 (It may take a while to open)

3) Enter your user name and password

4) Click on the button labeled ADVANCED

5) Click on the tab labeled FORWARDING

6) Insert the values 1024 and 7000 under the heading of Ext.Port

7) Make sure there are check marks in Protocols UDP and UTP

8) Fill in the last octet of each IP address on your network, then clik the
box under ENABLE.

9) Click on the button labeled APPLY, at the bottom of the screen.

Reboot when it says.

10) Go to your router's web site and look for firmware upgrades whenever
your EQ connection seems abnormally laggy or you get multiple disconnects
for no apparent reason.
