I believe the new recipes are for the new zone Jaggedpine. I read somewhere that there is a merchant there that sells the cheese.... I Believe that most of the new recipies are quest recipes, but I am not certain on that. Oh, be careful in the jaggedpine zone... from what I have heard from guildmates, the zone is for mostly 40-60 A level 58 guildmate of mine died there the first day it was out.
