rangers are a mix of warrior and druid and since druids are closer to
clerics then any other magical class.. I think rangers would just depend on
wisdom for spells like they ALREADY do.. hehe
Wis should determine for cleric/druid/ranger/<necro>
Int for wiz/mag/enchant...
