I know the one you are talking about, I believe it
is called a coldain velium sword. procs at level 1, proc is a 25 pt
dd. worthwhile, from what i hear, until you get to the point where you can
get something better. don't know the stats right offhand, but are probably
pretty closeto those of a FS weapon.
