Subject: RE: [EverQuest] Quick question

A friend of mine actually deleted his character and stopped playin. He
wanted to make sure there was no way back into everdrug. After 4 months he
mailed customer service and they restored his char. Seemed to be a small
thing, he didnt nag or anything , just asked polietely in a single email and
the responded immediately.

So this is just policy, its not enforced at the moment.

While the policy is that they keep the characters for 3 months, Verant has
*never* actually followed thru with that policy. The only "mass deletion"
of characters was before Luclin when they deleted lvl 1 chars from every
account.

I've known people gone for a year that have reactivated their accounts and
their characters were there.
