Wraithbone doesn't hammer doesn't proc. I bought it from another player. it
is a Kunark drop. Loading allakhazam info to find out how to get
wraithbone.. At the time I bought it it cost around 750pp. Took me a loooong
time to get the coin for it. had to trade my enamaled black mace toward it
bc I was short on coin. But that was a loong time ago. I recently got a
better weapon, Centi Warhammer for 150pp off a player.

says lvl to attain is 38.
