You can probably pick up Velium Weapons off players for 5-10pp (sell a few
stacks of bonechips or batwings to the players who are shouting to buy
them). Otherwise you need to either buy them from vendors (usually at
exorbitant prices), fight Mobs that drop them, or Quest for one. Your barb
could try doing the langseax quest from the warrior guild in Halas, as for
your bard it will depend where he is.
