UUNet (EQ's ISP) is having a major router problem in San Diego....the same
city all of the servers are located. You can read the current status at
http://www.noc.uu.net As of 1:40am EST, the status is:

UUNET is currently experiencing packet loss and
latency in our San Diego and
LAX POP. This outage
is affecting some our dedicated
customers. Senior
Engineers are currently working
with remote hands
technicians to resolve the
problem.
