I do not know of a quest with number 4 qizmos.  The servos no drop items are for Trueshot Bow quest.

I have collected a ton of size 4 gizmos in Steamfont.  They are
pretty worthless.  Allakhazam says they are a quest item but I can't
find the quest connected to them.  Anyone have any info on that?
