The best place I have found is the Putrid Skeleton camp in South Karana, the
one right near the North Karana zone line. There are probably 18-24 spawns
in a real small area. I know about a year ago I was camping Lord Grimrot
with my cleric. This quest is very boring and long, nothing to do but kill
green skellys. While waiting for the standing putrid or Grimrot to spawn, I
would AoE as many skelys as possible. Still to this day, my cleric, whom I
do not play anymore, except to rez, has 210 bone chips in his bank.
If you go here for the bone chips, make sure there is no Paladin or Cleric
camping Grimrot. He might not want you to kill 1 of the 18 or so skeleton
there. I would guess if you were a pet class, you could really rack up the
bone chips. The 18 skeletons are on a 6 minute spawn timer.
