The stuff in that zone isnt really very nasty, with the exception of the
hags. The problem is people dont take the time to learn the pathing in that
zone. The pathing doesn't do what you think it would but once you figure it
out it can be a very nice zone for exp.
If you are pulling from the front of the house pull from the right side, as
you face it, and pull each room all the way around the bottom floor counter
clockwise leaving the middle room, the one with the stairs, for last. The
Bar and Knight rooms are connected and the mobs can hit you through the
floor so make sure you have another group in one of the rooms or have a good
group. The pit is great experience as well for mid 20's. The Ghost room,
which use to have a list 10 people long at least on the weekends during
prime time, is not camped much at all anymore and that is good exp for lvls
28 to 33/34 or so.
