Well, if they can hack 100 accounts and ebay the equipment and account for $
1,000 each, figure out those numbers then ask that question again... ;)

I don't know who would want my EQ account? If someone wanted to hack into
my system I think they would want other information than my account? Maybe
I am missing something about the frequency which this happens.

On the issue of customer service this type of statement is poor and might
have been worded this in a more customer friendly way. ( or just hire more
staff to help the customer) but this would be good customer service.
