Yes, my lap top is a Dell and my father has several Dell products. They
allways give him excellent customer service.

I use a PIV 1.4 Ghz 256 ram and a Geforce 2 DDR Ultra 64mb video card. No
problems what so ever. Oh btw, it's a Dell. I buy Dell computers and is
manages our networks, i hardly every experience any problems with Dell and
their customer support is great, then again, i live in Sweden and maybe
that's a diffrence.
