Not at all. Bears should be yellow or black to you at level 10. Make sure you snare the thing, and if you like you can root kite (root it, then DoT it, then meditate until your root or DoT wears off, and re-cast). Or you can snare it and run away while blasting it with a DD. OR snare it, use fear animal, and blast/whack it. Any of these ways should work well for you.
