A good video card and lots of ram should be your biggest
concerns. CPU speed doesn't matter nearly as much as ram seems to. I've played
EQ on 2 450's before...almost identical, but one with 128 megs ram, the other
with 256. Zones loaded much faster on the one with the extra ram, and the lag on
56k modems seems minimized. A good video card should help with the lag
too.
