around level60 with VERY HIGH mr. I believe hes quest related, and i doubt<br/>
very much you can get anything to stick on him.<br/>

Interesting.  Do you know the name of the Iksar NPC?  How long does it take<br/>
him to kill Feydedar?  Just wait till its near dead 45 seconds from dead<br/>
have a 60 enchanter Dictate the Iksar and loot up.  But the Iksar is prob<br/>
too high to do that with.<br/>

Funny you should ask, there is a Dragon type mob that swims about the area.<br/>
Its not a big deal on my server because he will be killed shortly after he<br/>
spawns but on other servers it might be a really big deal.  I forget his<br/>
name off hand.<br/>
