If your KoS in Rivervale the easiest way to runnyeye is get a port to Misty
Thicket. Follow the path to the wall and head straight out from the wall you
will come to another wall. There is a cave in that wall, runnyeye is there.
I dont think its that good personally, find a group lots of runners and
roamers.
