I just hit 20 this past week, I've never seen a diamond, blue or otherwise.
I'd been thrilled looting a malachite at this point. Anything to get my

At lower levels its ok, but at higher . .. No way.

It would be absurd to give the jewelers the gems in old sebilis. The gems
should go to the clerics to cover the buff costs and distribute
diamonds/blue diamonds evenly within group, either using lotto or the
distribution method agreed upon.
