I
think its simple economics if people decide to pay RL money for in game
items/money. If they don't want to spend the in game time camping an item
but really want it then by all means feel free to do so. Take a RBG
(Ruined Branded Girdle, dropped as a VERY rare drop off of any Froglok Krup
Xxxxx in Old Sebilis.) I have spent untold hours here and have seen a grand
total of ......... 0 (Zero, yes) drop. If there was someone who was very
well off in RL and really enjoyed the game I wouldn't think he was a bad person
or a weirdo for purchasing the PP to buy it or the item itself. I cant do
it I have other things to do with my money (bills, blah) but if I was very well
off I wouldn't rule out that I might do that, but that's just me. I might
get flamed for saying this but I guess such is life.
I do
however think this is not the place to be "auctioning" the pp or whatever he
might have. Even so, $150 us for 10k is still really high, I guess you would
have to be really well off in RL to buy this.

BTW, I
will write another email to the news group later today maybe depending on how
much sleep I get on my good places to make money so maybe people can save
their RL money. Instead of camping an item for a week you could camp a
really good PP place and within a week easily have enough money to buy most any
item in game that sells for PP. And on my server I have seen just about
every tradable item for sale, Including Trak BP's and VS
legs.
I'd
be careful giving that info out.... as much as I would love to know where to
get the kind of plat, I'm sure if everyone knew, the place would be camped
worse then any other place in eq
